Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Hollie Hill. We're so glad to know that you would recommend to friends and that the majority of your experience has been positive. We recognise consistency of care staff supports the best care and positive outcome for our residents. We are working towards eliminating agency care staff where possible, and over the last 3 months we have seen a reduction of 50% of use of agency carers. Agency care staff have been essential in the current national crisis affecting retention in health and social care and want our relatives friends and families to know that every effort is made to ensure agency staff receive an agency induction delivered by the care team who know our residents the best as well as making sure that agency staff in the main work / buddy with an existing, core member of the Hollie Hill team.
