Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our services where required. At Bishopsgate Lodge we always endeavour to meet the individual need of each Resident dependant on their personalised care plan. All staff at Bishopsgate Lodge Care Home have undertaken training to be able to care for Residents with different medical conditions. Our equipment is checked daily before and after use to ensure that it meets the needs of the Residents. We are sorry to hear that you feel we were unable to meet the needs of your Father. During this stay, we would have been more than happy to have organised a meeting where we could have discussed any concerns you may have had so that these could have been resolved.

Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
I am thrilled to introduce myself as a Deputy Home Manager for Bishopsgate lodge care home. I have worked in care sector over 15 years from support worker to Deputy home manager. Being a Deputy manager is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. It is my responsibility to ensure that our residents are delivered the highest standards of person centered care and that they are supported to live a fulfilling and happy life.
I feel blessed to be the part of the Landona homes Ltd and I am very confident that we can make a big difference in people’s life. My goal as a Deputy Manager is to make Bishopsgate lodge a place where residents feel cherished, safe and truly at home.
