My mum is happy at Bishopsgate Lodge Care Home. We have no experience of care homes but have found it to be a very friendly place to be. The staff are excellent and are helpful and mum says she is being very well cared for and spoilt. She enjoys the meals and we feel that she has improved considerably
since being there. She joins in activities, has her hair done every week and likes being there.
Thank you for everything you have done for her.

We are happy with the care my father receives at Bishopgate Lodge. The staff are friendly and approachable. Visitors are made very welcome. My father is happy there and all of his needs are met.

My sister came to Bishopsgate Lodge Care Home in April 2016. She has latter stage Huntingdon's disease. She is difficult to care for but the management and staff give her the best care. Most of them go that extra mile to make sure she is happy. I cannot fault the care home.

My sister moved into Bishopsgate Lodge two weeks ago. She suffers from Huntingdon's disease, can't walk, needs mashed food because she has difficulty swallowing, drinks have to be thickened. The staff and management are excellent and the care they provide is fantastic. My sister is thriving under their
care. I can't praise them enough

Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a Deputy Home Manager for Bishopsgate lodge care home. I have worked in care sector over 15 years from support worker to Deputy home manager. Being a Deputy manager is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. It is my responsibility to ensure that our residents are delivered the highest standards of person centered care and that they are supported to live a fulfilling and happy life.
I feel blessed to be the part of the Landona homes Ltd and I am very confident that we can make a big difference in people’s life. My goal as a Deputy Manager is to make Bishopsgate lodge a place where residents feel cherished, safe and truly at home.
