The home is well run and the staff are professional and pleasant. Meals provided for residents are good quality and varied. Individual residents' rooms are comfortable and clean. There is occasional entertainment and themed events.

I'd say the overall experience is good. Like most care homes, it can be improved. Concerns raised about experienced members of staff leaving, management at Four Seasons Health Care should be doing more to keep them, higher pay or incentives. The home is always clean and tidy. Staff are professional
and do meet the care needs for my mam. The food at the home is good although the food portions are too much. Residents with dementia find this difficult.

My wife has been here for two years plus. I am happy with the level of care provided. I am kept informed if she has had falls or seizures. The food is very good. The home is warm, clean and tidy. All staff are very pleasant.

Staff are second to none, all very helpful. All willing to lend a hand, including the manager. It's one of the best places my godfather has been. They have a range of activities from crafts to outings.

I am happy to be living in this care home and feel the carers help me the best they can. The home is very nice and I have made some nice friends, both carers and other residents. Whenever I have any problems I feel comfortable talking to the carers or management and I feel like the problem is resolved
quickly.

My grandma is loving the home, she was reluctant to go into care but she has settled in well and seems to have built some amazing friendships. The staff are friendly and always engaging with the residents and there is a really positive feel when you enter the home. Thank you, you have made what is life

When I arrive I am greeted as a friend. The staff always know where my mother is, how she has been that day and if I need to know anything specific. I observed that the staff treat all residents with respect and try to make them feel loved. I am very happy with the care my mother receives.

My mam has been in Redwell Hills for a number of years now and she has always had excellent care from all the staff, she enjoys her meals and her tea and biscuits and she is always clean and tidy, like the home itself.

The new manager appears to be settling in well and is achieving standards that we have never seen before there is a lovely atmosphere when you come in and is always welcoming.
The food appears to have improved with a lot more choices now than before.

I came in on respite care for rehabilitation and have enjoyed my stay at Redwell Hills. Staff have been so helpful and have improved my mobility. I have received a very good standard of care and overall I am very pleased.

The staff at Redwell Hills supported and cared for my aunt for more than two and a half years. This care was of an excellent standard especially during this difficult Lockdown year when I was unable to visit regularly.

Service provided could be improved, eg. my aunt is very difficult to get moving and is reluctant to leave her room and even her bed. I feel that more could be done to encourage her to get up every day (pre-Covid). Other than that, the food seems to be good, and the general atmosphere/activities are
welcoming/good. When I used to visit her room, bed pans, etc. were very often un-emptied (at 11.30 am), not really acceptable.

When I have been in to visit my cousin, she always is well looked after. With her being deaf and mute, is hard as well but, the staff seem to manage to understand her.

This patient has one daughter who comes over with her husband whenever she can. I am SRN, and I worked in the Redwell Hills Care Home for seven years. I would go in myself if I have too. My friend has put on weight since he went into Redwell Hills.

My mother has been in this care home over 5 years and she is really settled. She gets on really well with the carers and they respond to her very well as she sleeps a lot and misses meals, so she is fed as and when she needs it.

My father was cared for at Redwell Hills from February 2018 until his death in January 2019. The care he received was outstanding and we cannot express the depth of gratitude we feel to all members of staff for the understanding, respect, kindness and compassion they consistently showed to Dad. From
the moment we first entered Redwell Hills, we felt welcomed and at home - there is a wonderful sense of warmth about the atmosphere and the home is kept immaculately clean. Most of all, we cannot praise highly enough the quality of the care Dad received during his final days - the staff treated him like he was their own father and, at the same time, showed the greatest kindness and compassion to us. We would recommend Redwell Hills without reservation.

This is our first experience with a care home but from the first day, we were made welcome and out mother would be given the best care and this has proved to be the case.
The staff are always cheerful and helpful despite being extremely busy. The nurses are very efficient and always have time to explain
any issues with us, they are very quick to bring in professional help when needed. Redwell Hills provides residents with a pleasant environment and we have spent time in the attractive garden area together.
