Very satisfied with the care home. My husband is not the easiest to deal with but the staff are very good also the manager has been very supportive with me. No complaints.

Staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. Senior management are available at all times. They give support and always clarify any queries and answer questions.
They have a very difficult job but are always welcoming, attentive and smiling.

Staff are competent, caring and kind, willing to listen to residents. There is a high standard of cleanliness and the lounges are tastefully decorated.
Meals are good, well prepared and nicely served.

Lovely home, tiny room for respite when struggling with mobility. Care excellent, food best I've had! Upstairs kitchen cupboards very dirty, residents put hands in the biscuit tin.

He believes that the key to great care is kindness and compassion. Aaron is a proud father who loves spending time with his three children when he isn’t working. He is also an avid reader.
