Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or
appointments not covered by the NHS, toiletries, newspapers or magazines, any over the counter
medications that a GP wouldn’t normally prescribe such as paracetamol and indigestion relief, and any
other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Here at the home, we hold ourselves to a high standard, so are concerned and surprised with the issues you have raised. Our team take great care of residents’ possessions, and we encourage residents and relatives to label items such as clothing to ensure they are not misplaced. Our care team support every resident with regular personal care and works with healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are met and regularly reviewed.
We are aware the home manager is in regular contact with you with regard to your partner’s care; however, we take matters of concern very seriously, so if you would like us to investigate your concerns further, please can you provide further details using the feedback form on our web page.
