Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, your positive feedback is valued and appreciated. We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services.
We note your concern regarding staffing levels; Staffing levels are independently reviewed by independent senior managers against dependency of Residents. We are committed to providing Residents with the high quality, kind care they deserve and therefore tailor our staffing levels to ensure we can meet everyone’s individual needs.
We hope you can appreciate that we keep the front door locked to ensure security for Residents in our care, at busy times there can be a delay in answering the door, there is a notice on the front door apologising for any delay.
The Home Manager has an open door policy and is happy to discuss any concerns so that they can be resolved promptly.
