Thank you for your kind words, we are delighted that your relative is happy in our home. We are delighted to inform you that we have recently employed a wellbeing coordinator and she will commence soon and we are planning a full wellbeing program which will include regular outings and a weekly exercise class as well as other activities for residents to chose if they wish to join.

As a Health Care Professional, Nick has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Having been in the care sector for many years, Nick closely shares HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Nick remarked:
“I have worked as a manager in care for over 10 years and in that time feel I have had a positive contribution to the teams I have managed, forming good working relationships with all my colleagues.”
Nick has also achieved much outside of work, with his proudest achievements being the proud father to three kind and thoughtful children.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, watching Newcastle United and enjoying days at the beach with his two dogs.
