It is very disappointing to get such a negative response. We are fully aware of the concerns raised and are addressing issues that have been brought to our attention. It is upsetting to have to complain about ones loved ones and we do appreciate feedback so that we can address issues.
We would comment that this is an individuals feedback and not representative of the service that is offered at Eastbourne.
