Thank you for your time on the phone to give me the opportunity to clarify your concerns and discuss these in more detail. I would like to reiterate and assure you that your sister's pain is currently being managed by a multi-disciplinary team and maximum pain relief has been prescribed by her own GP, who keeps this under close review. The district nurses visit regularly to support with the care and management of dressing changes and also take on board any concerns your sister may have.
Thank you for your review; we value all feedback as this helps to improve the service we provide. I hope the feedback today has given you the reassurance that your sister is receiving the quality of care she requires.
