My father is currently a resident at Springfield Care Home.
He's been there for 15 months now after suffering a stroke, and the care he receives is superb.
All the staff are very friendly, the home itself is spotless, and I, myself, have experienced some of the activities that go on within the home
and, I can assure you that fun times are had by all even my grandchildren enjoy going to events there.
Some of the residents, who my father has got friendly with, are lovely and are always pleased to see me when I visit; it's like one big happy family in the home.
I would recommend this care home 100% - the staff are worth their weight in gold.
Thank you to you all for all you do for my dad.

Really happy with the care provided for Mum. Everyone is really friendly, professional and nice. When we visit, we are always made to feel welcome. Mum has settled really well, and as a family, we know she is safe and well. It is so happy to see Mum smile and beam.

Since resident at Springfield, Auntie has been really happy. We always feel really reassures as she tells us how happy she is. It was a difficult decision, but we now know it was the right one. Staff keep us up to date of all changes on our Aunts progress.

No concerns - very well looked after, we know he's very well cared after. During the Covid pandemic, we were unable to visit Dad due to restrictions but didn't worry at all as we knew Dad was well care for all the time. The manager kept us updated regularly with all changes, and we were very grateful.

I have no concerns at all with my mothers care. All team members are very caring and supportive. I would highly recommend Springfield Care Home. The team have fully supported myself and Mum to maintain contact due to the Covid pandemic.

I am truly over the moon with Springfield Care Home and would rate all members of the team outstanding. The care is second to none. Nothing is ever too much. All during the lockdown, the team maintained contact with myself due to Mum being bed-bound. Contact was maintained via telephone, Skype and Facebook.

When you visit Springfield, PPE is excellent. All Covid guidelines are followed. All service users always look well cared for and happy. The staff are so caring. I have no concerns or worries about my mum care and would like to say a big thank you to all the team for support in maintaining contact during
the Covid pandemic via telephone, Facebook, Skype, window and pod visits.

The care is excellent. The staff are caring and helpful. I have no worries about my mum living at Springfield Care Home. I feel all the team ensure dignity, respect and privacy at all times. As a family, we are extremely happy with the quality of care our sister receives at Springfield Care Home. The staff are always friendly and polite, and we have always been made to feel very welcome when visiting. Our sister is happy and well cared for. Since the COVID pandemic, we have not been able
to see our sister, but able to call whenever we want and view her on the Springfield page and see the fun she has.

I am very happy with the care Mum receives. On the odd occasion, if I have raised a concern or just had a question, the manager and staff have responded in full and ensured I am reassured and satisfied. The staff are warm, friendly and always welcoming. I work away from home a lot, and can only do this
because I am 100% confident in the staff at Springfield Care Hoem to care and protect my mum.

It has been a very difficult time for all care homes lately, but the care and support for both the residents and family/visitors have been exceptional. I know my mum is cared for and loved very much. Everyone is always happy and upbeat, and there to help if you ever have any worries or concerns. It's
like one big family, and they have done everything possible to keep Mum safe. Springfield really is a fantastic care home.

Sincere thanks to Springfield Care Home for the care and attention given to my auntie, who has a long term illness. We were very satisfied with the care given and the atmosphere was lovely and the care and dedication of the staff. In my opinion are the best in Darlington.

My mam was admitted to Springfield Care Home after a long illness, She was very poorly and all the staff and managers were fantastic. They treated mam with dignity and kindness, She was always clean and comfortable and very well looked after.
Everybody at Springfield treated us as a family with respect
