The nursing care over the last 9 years has been excellent and consistent. It is a very hard thing to do, to nurse frail patients without injury or accident or infection over such a long period. I feel the Berwick Care Home is patient centred and this comes out in their attitude to working with relatives
and close family.

My father is a resident and I am very happy with the care he receives. It is a time of changes for the home with new owners and now a new manager, but I feel the transition has been done with no issues for the residents and I look forward to seeing the new ideas that come with a new management and team
start to show. Pleased the home is in the midst of decoration as this did let it down.

Having already filled in and sent one of these cards, my opinion has not changed and 7 months from entering this home my husband still has not got a suitable chair to sit in despite being measured for one on 3/12/15. I am awaiting an appointment with the Regional Manager which was postponed on 27/1/16.

My mother in law moved into home in December suffering with dementia. Since deciding on the home we have had excellent service from all staff. Everything explained to us and being able to approach all staff with ease. Food and accommodation excellent. Also activities are very good every afternoon which
helps stimulate my mother in laws mind. Always carers available.
