Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are aware that you are in direct contact with the home manager to resolve these concerns but we wanted to take the time to respond to some of your points. In terms of help with personal care, such as using the toilet, we conduct assessments with all residents to understand what support is required and to make sure we can arrange this. The home manager will speak with you directly to make sure any support needed is in place for your father. We are disappointed to learn that you are dissatisfied with the activities. Our home manager will make sure to speak with both you and your father directly to make sure he is aware of what is on offer and how to get involved. Your dad's rings are stored safely after they were found under the wardrobe. Our teams work hard to ensure that our residents are safe and happy and we always take care to listen to feedback.
