In October when my uncle first went into the care home for respite. The staff were excellent and I noticed how very clean the home was. My uncle has come on excellently. For 24/7 hour care, my wish and I hope he becomes a permanent resident.

My wife is safe, and secure, and is looked after by some first-glass people. The home is clean and well-maintained. At the end of the day, it gives me peace of mind and that is worth a lot.

From day one when my uncle went into the care home he was treated very kindly and we the family, were treated the same, we were given information about his care and the staff helped with various other things for my uncle which they didn't have to do. We are happy that he is being well cared for in a

The care given to my auntie is always very good, regardless of when either I or other family members visit she always looks clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and make time to speak to visitors. Her room is well-maintained at all times.

Overall a nice friendly home. Well run and organised home. The manager and the care team all exhibit positive attitudes towards their residents and visiting relatives. As the eldest son of my mother, I'm confident she is being well looked after and that she enjoys being here.

Our mother has dementia and then suffered a severe stroke. As an ex-nurse myself, I cannot fault De Baliol in any respect. The care is excellent. Staff are incredibly caring and professional. Every request or query is answered promptly. Would highly recommend De Baliol

My sister is really comfortable at De Baliol as it is in the village where she was raised. Myself and my sister know quite a few of the staff so she felt at home straightaway. The care home has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

My mother was here for respite after her recent stroke. She has excelled in health and fitness with the care and compassion shown towards her by all staff. Thank you for everything you have done for her. Meals, rooms, cleanliness and care are excellent.

Food and cleanliness are very good. The staff cope well with a difficult job. The only concern is the length of time residents have to wait to be taken to the toilet.
The carers work to the best of their ability I can assume that more staff would be beneficial.
