Vanessa has worked in the Elderly Care Sector for over 33 years. She started her career as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Unit Manager in 1991. In 2015, Vanessa joined as Home Manager. Vanessa has achieved a lot in her career, but her proudest achievement outside of her career would be deep-sea diving around the world! In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and going holidays. Words of encouragement from Vanessa for someone looking for the right care home would be: “Stay positive, finding the right home is very important but don’t be too picky, it must feel right.”
