Vanessa has worked in the Elderly Care Sector for over 33 years. She started her career as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Unit Manager in 1991. In 2015, Vanessa joined as Home Manager. Vanessa has achieved a lot in her career, but her proudest achievement outside of her career would be deep-sea diving around the world! In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and going holidays.
