Originally from Latvia, Elita’s career spans roles in paediatric care, a women’s ward, and a TB hospital, before dedicating herself to the care home sector in England.
She holds a Level 5 qualification in Social Care and is a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Passionate about dementia care, Elita ensures residents receive dignity, respect, and personalised support. She leads her team in providing a safe, caring environment, always aiming for quality and continuous improvement to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
