I want to thank everyone who took care of my mam. Lovely staff - I couldn't ask for any more help. A big huge thank you to the staff who give my mam such good care and sit with her. Also, they give me great help. Thank you so much to the lovely staff all round and the home took care of everything she
needed. 5 stars all round.

I brought my friend up from Ipswich nearly 2 years ago to be nearer me when his health dictated that it was not safe for him to stay at home anymore. It was the best decision for my friend and myself because it gave me the peace of mind that he would get the 24-hour care that he needed which he received
at Thomas Knight. I was very impressed with the calming atmosphere in the building. Every time I visited, sometimes unannounced, everything was always the same, with friendly and approachable staff. His room was always clean and he was cared for with professionalism and empathy. The staff knew my friend's needs inside and out and they were genuinely saddened by his passing, so much so, that many came to his funeral to say farewell. Finally, I take my hat off to the staff who cared for my friend. Their patience and expertise is amazing and I commend their fantastic commitment and dedication to the residents.
