I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing, but I'm glad to hear that his short stay at Blaendyffryn Hall was accompanied by exceptional care and support. The fact that the staff were welcoming, caring, and loving towards both your father and your family from the very beginning is truly heartening. It's reassuring to know that you felt Blaendyffryn Hall was the right nursing home for him.
The staff's expertise in caring for Alzheimer's residents is commendable, and their regular updates on your father's well-being and general demeanour show their commitment to keeping you informed and involved in his care.
It's wonderful to hear that the staff at Blaendyffryn Hall made you and your mother feel like part of a huge family. The dedication and compassion they showed towards both the residents and their relatives truly make a difference in such difficult times.

We wish your mother good health and speedy recovery, however, what you have written is unsubstantiated, your allegations have been investigated by multi-disciplinary teams, including safe guarding and no negligence has been found. We have a duty of care to our residents and there are strict rules on information sharing which we have to abide by. I am sorry you are not happy with Blaendyffryn, however I urge anyone who wants to make judgement should read the inspection reports which are published by CIW.
