Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We strive to accommodate visits with loved ones and to ensure these are fair for all our residents and relatives. As we provide care and support for 38 people here at Glanffrwd Care Home, we aim to ensure every person has at least one weekly visit between 10am and 6:30pm except during mealtimes. We advise would be visitors to phone the home daily to check for any cancellations and available time slots. Some families are large and can have up to 3 visits per week; we will always try to accommodate more visits wherever possible. We do not tolerate unprofessional conduct from colleagues and should this occur, we encourage relatives to report this at the time so that it can be addressed swiftly. Please be assured that the happiness and wellbeing of our residents if of the upmost importance to us at all times.

Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We were made aware of the issue with the TV aerial and this was fixed by the maintenance operative a few weeks ago. We aim to deal with any concerns raised by family members promptly as the wellbeing and happiness of our residents is of paramount importance to us. The Home Manager together with the maintenance operative have again checked the TV aerial and there are no issues with it.
