Good caring staff have looked after my brother-in-law very well. Very understanding to relatives and friends. I understand it is head office policy, the relative situation regarding who needs an urgent review.

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this review, we appreciate your concerns surrounding visits to the home and hope that this is able to be re-implemented in the near future. The decision for all visits to cease was made by the Local Authority after receiving a strong recommendation from Public Health Wales. The reasoning behind this was to reduce the risk of an outbreak which could potentially affect every resident and the team at Greenhill Manor.

Have been to Greenhill Manor many times to visit. It's always very clean. I am very impressed with the facilities and the staff are amazing. Residents always seem really happy and well looked after, Greenhill has really managed to balance a friendly homely atmosphere whilst still having all the facilities
which go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend it more.

My mother went into Greenhill Manor in June 2017, the care that she has is exceptional. Without the staff's support and help my mother would not be with us today. Nothing is too much bother for the staff and we are made to feel as if Greenhill Manor is our extended family. I will never be able to thank

I cannot praise this home enough. The facilities and the staff are second to none. I wouldn't want my mother anywhere else. I know she is safe and I know I don't have to worry about her as the care is of such a high standard. During the lockdown, we have been kept fully up to date with emails and facetime
making us feel so much better as we miss her so much.

My cousin was in your care for the past 5 years of his life . Sadly he died in February , even then 2 members of staff from Trevethick Ward were with him at the hospital when he died. Living in Spain I would visit twice or three times a year. Mornings were spent visiting my cousin . The staff always
had the time to tell me how he was and even kept in contact with me in Spain When it came to arranging his funeral the advice and help was wonderful, I have never had to arrange a funeral before and didn't know where to start. Three of his carers attended the funeral. I wish I could use names but they will know who I am speaking about . Sometimes it was lunch time when I was there and I often had lunch with my cousin, lovely well cooked food. My cousin was described as a gentle giant and he certainly was. Once again I can't thank you all enough for the care and kindness shown to my cousin and myself. One day perhaps a cure will be found for Dementia . Such a cruel illness.

My mother resided at Greenhill Manor for the last 13 months of her life. The care shown to her was second to none. The whole ethos is one of care and respect and the last 3 weeks of her life that included concern and empathy to both me and my husband. All staff work relentlessly to ensure residents
feel part of their community. Any concerns were always addressed. I would highly recommend Greenhill Manor as I felt that my mother was 100% safe.

Karen has worked at Greenhill Manor since 2016 and has been a Registered Nurse since 1983. She has extensive experience working at all levels. As General Manager, Karen works to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship-centred care, clinical compliance, hospitality services and business performance.

Lian has worked at Greenhill Manor since 2014, previously as Hospitality Services Manager and now as Deputy Manager. Within her role, Lian supports General Manager in ensuring high-quality relationship-centred care is provided to all residents.

Mitchell Minney

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Joined: 2010

Mitchell has been a part of the Hallmark Family since 2010. He is responsible for all enquiries and arranges all admissions to Greenhill Manor. Mitchell enjoys networking and works closely with the Marketing Team at our Central Support offices.
