“Thank you for your feedback which, as you know, we have looked into and discussed with you. We do appreciate you raising your concerns, and we do not want you (or any resident) to be unhappy with the service. We don’t agree with you on all points, and obviously, we can’t discuss with you the care of other residents. However, we absolutely agree with you that all our residents, including yourself, should be offered a healthy and varied menu that takes into account your individual preferences. We also absolutely agree that there must be sufficient staff to meet people’s needs, and that staff must behave professionally and respectfully at all times. I confirm our commitment that, if we become aware of any shortfalls, we will investigate and take action.”
