Ty Enfys is a wonderful and very comfortable care home. My husband has been in Ty Enfys for a few weeks and during that time the care, compassion and kindness shown to my husband and our family and friends visiting has been immeasurable.
Each and every member of staff has been so welcoming and the

After a stressful few weeks in hospital we moved Mum to Ty Enfys. From the moment she got there, the care and attention given by every member of the team has been absolutely amazing. You can really see how much everyone cares for the residents and it really does put our minds at ease knowing how well

The decision to move my mother into Ty Enfys for nursing care wasn't easy, but she couldn't be in better hands and has settled in quickly. The staff are amazing - everyone I've met has had a smile on their face, and it's clear that this more than a "job" to them. Their patience, support, and genuine
affection for residents gives me the additional reassurance I need that this is the right place for Mum at this stage of her care.

From the moment that we walked through the doors of Hallmark Ty Enfys we could feel what a special place it is. Dad is cared for as an individual with every member of staff team treating him with kindness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. The home is a vibrant place and is is wonderful

Well. Where do I start. Mum will never be happy away from her home or mine, but this is the best I can do for her welfare and safety. She looks well, eats well and interacts with staff and most residents. I am reassured that Mum has 24 hour care and for she is kept clean and fed and has company. My
main concern is her safety, and I know she is kept safe. Thank you staff at Ty Enfys.

My mother spent three years at Ty Enfys and had the best years of her later life until she sadly passed away. She was surrounded by all her friends at the home, all of them staff and died very peacefully in bed.
My family and myself cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion she experienced
whilst here.

Our mum moved to Ty Enfys from a similarly priced home in England and we couldn't be more impressed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is great, and there are lots of different activities every day. We get medical updates when needed and Mum is a lot happier here.

We have always found staff courteous and caring, most aware of relative's temperament. We have been made aware of any medication/illness or problems. The care home seems to have plenty of activities and encourages the residents to participate.

My mum and dad moved into Hallmark Ty Enfys in 2018 onto the dementia and nursing floors respectively. From day one all the staff made them feel welcome and the level of care has been exceptional throughout. The Ty Enfys team went above and beyond to allow mum and dad to spend as much time together
as possible and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries etc. and they both enjoyed many of the activities that are offered.
I cannot praise the team enough for the care that they provided to my dad at the end of his life earlier this year. The dignity and respect shown to him helped our entire family get through a very difficult time and they continue to support my mother, providing her with a safe and caring environment on a daily basis.
It is always a difficult choice to select a care home for your loved ones but I have no doubts that both mum and dad would call Ty Enfys their home away from home.

My aunt has been at Hallmark Ty Enfys for only a short time, but we know that she is very happy, and so well looked after and we now have peace of mind. The personnel are wonderful & they could not have made her, or us more welcome. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they are always happy to help,
no matter how busy they are. There is always some sort of activity or entertainment and she has been encouraged to attend, which has given her the stimulation and interaction that she has needed for a long time. A wonderful place and we can't thank the personnel enough.

All staff polite and kind. All staff are generous and professional. I have never heard a raised voice or unkind word (in 5yrs). They truly care for the residents.

We are delighted to have been recognised as one of the top 20 care homes in the whole of Wales.
