Our dad has been here for around 5 months and it has been the best thing for him.
The staff are simply amazing, not only with our dad but us too, and all the residents from what we have seen, always give us a warm welcome.
Dad joins in most of the activities they offer, they keep us updated on social
media where we can clearly see the happiness the environment is bringing him.
The cleanliness of dad's room is always spotless, and the attention to detail in general throughout the home is above and beyond.
I am still fortunate to be able to take our dad out on a walk due to his great physicality, the surrounding area is simply beautiful for myself, my dog and dad to take a lovely stroll around due to its location and take in the scenery.

Mum has been here about 18 months now and her life has really changed for the better. The staff really care for the residents and they look after them as though they work for their own family. My mum joins in with the activities which is something she never used to do in her previous care homes. I am
kept up to date with her care and if there are any issues or problems or even just questions they will contact me and I can even contact them. If I have a question or an issue I just ask the staff and generally will be sorted out very quickly. Staff on top of the health of the residents and will call the doctor in or the paramedics as soon as required. Thank you so much for looking after my mum and giving her a new lease of life.

My dear friend has been at Three Cliffs since October 2022. She has settled well and although she has mentally deteriorated a great deal (Alzheimer's) she remains physically well. She has just had her birthday (72) and the staff made a great occasion of it. She doesn't join in many of the varied activities
on offer, she chooses not to. But she eats well, is always clean and nicely dressed. When the weather permits she enjoys going out into the garden, having been a keen gardener! I am content that she is well cared for, I visit 3 times a week, she recently had a fall as she sat on an armchair she tipped it. But she wasn't badly hurt and I was notified immediately. The care staff are very attentive and compassionate and the nursing staff are very skilled. Visitors are always made to feel welcome.

A very welcoming home set in beautiful surroundings. The manager and staff were friendly and competent. The rooms were basic with not many en suite facilities (if any). I think the food was adequate but didn't witness any meal times. Neither did I see any activities or outdoor visits. My husband enjoyed
the fantastic views. I felt for us fees were quite high. Thank you.

I have been visiting my mum for several years now at Three Cliffs, we always receive a warm welcome and know most of the staff. My mum is always clean and comfortable. We are kept up to date with any changes or health problems she may have and how they've dealt with them. The staff often come and chat
to us about Mum and ask about our health and families. We are very happy with Mum's care at Three Cliffs.

My wife has been a resident for the last four years and we have got to know many of the carers, nurses and managers. My daughter and I visit at least once a week and always receive a warm welcome and think that the home is well-run, my wife very well looked after, all her needs are taken care of by

My Mum has been here since last June 2023 she came from another Home which was awful. Thankfully we were able to get her here and it's been marvelous. Plenty of lovely staff, the nursing staff are amazing, all the staff are caring and wonderful.
The entertainment programmes are great. Mum is happy,
we are happy.

Care Home provides me with updates on my mother's medical adjustments such as the need to have GP advised change to meds, review of diabetic medication and requests for COVID booster and flu jabs.
Nurses and staff are attentive and very approachable so I or my brother can take any questions we may
have.

I am happy with my father's care. He is nonverbal but I can see he feels comfortable and safe. The staff are always friendly and happy. The home is clean and always being maintained. The views over my father's bedroom are spectacular. The other residents are always happy to see people visiting. The
activity staff are lovely and do lots of things to keep them busy.

I have no complaints about the care given to my sister at Three Cliffs Care Home. The only request I would suggest is that the hairdresser visits more frequently.

Overall we are happy with the care, the majority of the care staff, including cleaners, are friendly and extremely caring, we are made to feel welcome when we visit and Mum seems happy in the care home. The only issue we have and I know we are not alone in our views is: the qualified nurses are not
proactive, they will come when called or if they are alerted to a concern or health problem but we would have hoped that they would monitor/check on their patients daily to note any changes in skin care or general health and not wait for family members to point obvious signs out to them. This has happened a few times and twice it was an ambulance and hospital admission required.

My brother was only at Three Cliffs for a short period - his needs are complex but the staff and the manager made sure these were met and even arranged a quiet space for him when needed. They provided extra staff to assist my brother as he’s still learning to adjust to his “new body” after his stroke
- Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept informed with regular updates. Care homes with this level of professionalism and exceptional staff are not always easy to find - As a family, we can’t thank them enough.

My mother has been in Three Cliffs for the last year. All the staff are always extremely helpful and supportive. My mother has even started recently to enjoy the various activities and entertainment, especially the music. My father was amazed recently to see her singing along to the music and having
a little dance.
After a recent stay in hospital, I was very concerned as her condition had deteriorated so much in just a couple of days. There was a vast improvement within 12 hours of her being back in Three Cliffs, I couldn’t believe the difference. This was 6 weeks ago and she has continued to improve. Thanks to the efforts of the nurses and carers, she is now back wandering around, when she couldn’t even stand when she left hospital.

Mam is a resident in Three Cliffs Care Home. From the day we to have a look around to now, we have had the best of welcome from all managers and staff. Mam is looking much better in three weeks than she has done in the last three years. She loves the staff and says they are so kind and thoughtful. It
is always so clean and tidy whatever time you call there.
They all go above and beyond and are treated like family. Everyone is always smiling and cheerful. Thank you for everything.

As the manager of Three Cliffs, I am truly privileged to witness the beauty that surrounds us every day; the panoramic view from the home is a source of peace and joy for our residents. Beyond the breathtaking scenery, is a warm and welcoming home where residents are cared for with respect, choice and dignity. Three Cliffs is a haven where the beauty of nature converges with the warmth of human connection, creating an enriching experience for all. I am dedicated to creating an environment where resident needs are met, and each resident’s time with us is filled with comfort, solace, and a sense of belonging. The happiness derived from caring for our wonderful residents makes my role truly fulfilling and I am privileged to call Three Cliffs my second home.
