You are all amazing and work extremely hard, and more so, during this awful unprecedented period of time through a pandemic. Thank you all very much for taking care of my wife and showing her lots of kindness. The quality of care speaks for itself when I speak to my wife. You are all so patient and
caring, and nothing is too much trouble. I would like to say a special Thank you to one particular lady as she has developed a great professional relationship with my wife. It’s been a very difficult time for not only my wife and me, but the family as well, and the ongoing support that she has provided has been priceless. From the minute my wife was brought from the hospital to the care home, I hoped and prayed I had made the right decision. We’ve been married for 64-years and never apart, so this part of the journey has been the hardest. You’ve all made it an easier transition, and all the families hearts are filled with gratitude to the amazing staff.

I 100% would recommend it to anyone needing care for elderly family members. All my grandad ever said was, his girls, he loves his girls and they always looked after him. And he always had a laugh with all of “his girls”, everything they did was for his best interest, and I and eternally gratefully
for everything they did! Thank you to all staff at St Martin’s Court.

We were immediately attracted to Saint Martins when we were deciding on a home for our mother. Out of 8 homes we visited it stood out for the welcome we received from the staff, the facilities and the fact that the residents we saw were enjoying themselves. My Mam has been in the home since September
2019, she settled in really quickly and is very happy there. We have got to know the staff and feel that they know us and my Mam well. During this terrible pandemic we have worried about her but have known that the staff have gone above and beyond to care for all the residents and keep them safe. We live 45 miles away so we have not been able to even wave through a window to her but we have been able to keep in touch with phone calls and more recently Zoom video calls.

We are very happy with the care my brother in law receives at the home, the staff are very helpful and friendly, we know we can go to them if ever we need to ask about anything.
The manager has an open-door policy, so we know we can go to her with any queries too.
They all make it a very relaxed
and homely place for him to be and for us to relax knowing he is looked after.

My wife and I came into St Martin's care home in approximately September 2017 because my wife has a form of dementia. I came in to support my wife during her illness. We have been married for 65 years and the sad thing about this is that we have to sleep in different rooms in a different building. My
wife is 89 years of age and will be 90 in December. I am 90 and will be 91 in October. We have not got a lot of time left and being in different rooms and buildings is tearing my wife apart. If we were in the same building, if it was possible, we would be so grateful.

Very happy with my mum's care. Exceptional care and support from everyone at the care home and all Mum's carers, they always help any way they can. Mum's nurse goes above and beyond to do all she can with Mum. Any changes to Mum's health she does all she can to help and assist Mum. She is so kind and
caring and always puts a smile on Mum's face and this means so much to us. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum needs assistance eating and drinking and it means a lot that they spend so much time with Mum to ensure she is eating and drinking plenty. A very relaxing care home and everyone is so friendly, like an extended family.

My mum went into the home following a period in hospital where she declined significantly both physically and mentally. The staff at St. Martin's Court were very welcoming when Mum first arrived and during the length of her stay they were caring and ensured that Mum's needs were met. Staff also kept
the family informed of any changes to eating habits or if the doctor was required. If family visited during mealtimes they would always ask if we would like something. During Mum's final days when she was bed bound, staff would check in on her regularly during the day and night and kept the family informed of her condition. I would recommend St. Martin's care home to anyone.

Dad moved from hospital to 24/7 nursing care at St Martin's Court. Unfortunately, he was only there for four days but in that time staff did everything to ease his passing. They were considerate, kind and helpful and friendly but always respectful and mindful of Dad's dignity and wishes.

Although my father-in-law was only with this Nursing Home for a short time before he passed. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Thoroughly professional from our first contact to the end. The home always smells clean and fresh when we visit.
The staff are helpful and when asked questions they do their best to help.
My Dad's room is clean and my Dad says the food is pretty good there, and as he is a retired chef it's very rare that he pays good compliments.
There are plenty of activities
for the residents, and hopefully, my Dad will eventually get involved.

This care home has been a blessing for my father and gives us great peace of mind. He feels very safe and secure here. The staff have built a lovely rapport with my Dad and are also extremely friendly towards us.


He loves the food and enjoys meeting other residents. He now looks after himself much

better than he did before he came to the home. He now has his dignity back. Thank you.
