My relevant options refer to pre-Covid in regards to answers marked, as I've not been permitted indoors since last year. The visiting facility is very clean and great for outdoor visits. The staff are always friendly and helpful and notify me whenever my dad requires anything or about anything regarding
his health and well being. Always a pleasure to contact them. My dad is happy, but he can't wait for normality and an end to the virus.

Mam has received the best of care. We are happy to leave Mam in their care. All the staff go above and beyond. The staff have become like family to us. Communication is outstanding. The staff were a Godsend during Covid and still are. As a family, we are more than pleased with how our mother is being

Peniel Green Care Home have treated my mother with great care and compassion and I trust them implicitly. All staff are friendly and respectful and always happy to provide info and updates when needed. I cannot imagine a better environment for my mother's needs and am so grateful for all staff have
done for her.

We have found this care home wonderful. All staff go above and beyond with the care shown to both our family members. We cannot praise each and every one of them enough. Always being kept informed on our parents' health and wellbeing. The meals they receive are also of a very high standard. We have
no worries about this care home.

In a time of lockdown where relatives are unable to visit their parents, it was a lovely surprise for our family to be sent a card by mum, who has dementia, saying she was doing ok and happy. When I’m sure the staff there are overworked they took the time to think about their resident's families. Outstanding.

Peniel Green Care Home has cared for my mother for the last 6 months. No one could be cared for more. Staff are empathetic towards any suggestions from relatives. They believe residents need stimulation and provide daily activities to encourage skills, memory and entertainment.

My father has been residing at Peniel Green care home for the past 8-9 months, the care from the staff has been fantastic since his arrival. They are friendly, helpful and committed to making my dad's life comfortable and safe. The carers are so kind to my dad and I am made welcome upon my visits and
kept up to date with all my dad's needs. Excellent service.

The care my mother is receiving is excellent. Everyone that works in the home is very friendly and thoughtful. The staff are also very caring to us as a family as my mother has only just recently been placed in the home. Excellent service.

The care given to my mother and other residents is excellent. They show patience and dignity to all residents who often have complex needs. They are approachable and will always discuss my mother's well being.

There has been a big improvement in the decor of the main areas but the bedrooms need a revamp. It still desperately needs a medical room where residents can be seen by a doctor or nurse in private and wounds can be treated in a sterile environment. There is no such facility here, as there should be,
as Peniel Green is providing nursing care. Staff are caring, kind and go out of their way to please. The garden cannot be used by residents due to lack of security fencing; this is a shame.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the refurbished areas of our home and our staff team who work hard to deliver kind quality care. The bedrooms are repainted when rooms become available and we will continue to follow this process with all vacant rooms. We have recently updated and refreshed our Treatment Room/Office so that it is more suitable for the use of both. The garden is well used by Residents and staff support them when they use this area. The security of the garden can be reviewed as the wellbeing and happiness of our Residents is of paramount importance to us at all times.

We find the home a friendly, happy and welcoming place. Compassion taken with all residents, I always find the place clean and tidy, no matter what time of the day or night. I arrive and everyone tries to get everyone to be involved as much as they can. It's great.
