My friend was treated with respect and affection. Excellent staff for him and his visitors. Only concern is the lack of space in the lounge, for staff and residents. Possibilities are present to improve this.

Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We have reviewed the environment and have since made some alterations to the position of the furniture within our lounge area, which has created more space. We also have a spacious dining room which is available for family, friends and residents to use outside of mealtimes, along with a small communal room on the first floor which is painted with scenes of the Mumbles and Neath.

I have been here over a month and feel very comfortable.

My dad loves living in Peniel Green. The staff are excellent, the environment is clean and welcoming and the food is varied, nutritious and fantastic.

I'm very happy with my relatives care and Know I can phone and speak to the staff at any time, the place is lovely and everyone has time for visitors, family. I can honestly say that I have been very happy with what I have seen.

The care home is friendly. Residents are well looked after.


Awaiting doors to prevent wandering patients as they can cause concern to other patients.

Every time I visit I notice the staff are all hard working, they always have time to deal with the sometimes demanding residents. In particular, they treat my mother with patience and show they really care for her. They dealt with an incident on New Year's Eve with outstanding diligence. A number of
them went above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my mother is in safe hands and that takes a load off my mind.

My mum has been a resident at this home for 1 year and 4 months. The care has been superb since her arrival, all staff are outstanding.
My mum was not well for a short period of time during Christmas and the care she received from all care staff and nursing staff was top class and she pulled through
her illness and would not have had that care in hospital.
All staff are friendly and very approachable.
We have chosen a lovely home for my mum to live and she is very happy here too.

Peniel Green had been home to both my Grandparents, now sadly my grandfather has passed away but my gran is still a resident. I can't praise the staff enough for all the care they showed my grandfather during his illness, and also the love and care they give my gran during a difficult time, they continue
to help her deal with her grief and he's always remembered fondly by the staff, which is a great comfort to my gran and all the family. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do for our family, well done Peniel Green.

This is a lovely nursing home, the staff are really lovely and you couldn't wish for better. I am really pleased the way my friend is being looked after. I would recommend this home, nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Whilst visiting my grandmother at Peniel Green I have seen how dedicated all staff are to the residents, not just care staff but domestic, management and office staff. Residents seem to interact well with them all. The home was fresh smelling and clean looking. The food always smells nice and there
are menus displayed. The only negative comment I can give is the home could do with being decorated.
