Following a stay in hospital my mother had to give up her own home as she needed ongoing care. She was welcomed to Cherry Tree by warm, caring staff who worked hard to achieve an early transition, identifying her special interests and providing the opportunity to follow her previous hobbies.
We have
all felt fully supported and been kept completely informed of all aspects of my mother's welfare.
The cheerful atmosphere every time we visit Cherry Tree has brought us through this difficult time and led to my mother now being truly settled in her new home.

Cherry Tree Care Home is run in a very professional manner.
The staff are very caring and look after the residents.
They seem to cater for everybody's needs and provide good entertainment on occasion.
All in all, I feel completely satisfied with how my Mother is being cared for.

The care my mother received is very good. Staff are caring and attentive to my mother's needs. She is encouraged to take part in any activities that are on in the home. Her room is clean and is a good size. The food she received is of a high standard and she seems to enjoy it. I am able to visit at
any time and a friendly welcome from the staff is always present.

The care home is well maintained, clean, fresh, rooms and furniture kept clean. Manager and staff are excellent. Staff are easy to talk to, very helpful and always smiling and making the residents laugh.
The nurses are on top of their job and very helpful in all matters. The gardens are well kept
and looked after by the whole staff team. I would recommend this care home to anybody, it's like a five-star hotel.

We chose Cherry Tree Care Home for mum as it had good reports and was recommended by people who had family there. It was also not far from our home and wanted mum to visit us. She was only at Cherry Tree for a short while, initially, she improved as she was happy there and settled in well, we were able
to bring her to visit us and be with family. The month prior to her death she became unwell but had been cared for and looked after well and the staff were with her when she passed away peacefully. We couldn't have wished for a better place for her to end her days. Mum told everyone how happy she was.

Once a month I, with the rest of our group from the Baptist Church spend a few hours with the staff and residents of Cherry Tree. We are always greeted with a lot of warm and friendship by staff and residents we have got to know, and we have a great rappor with everyone. With our Pastor and others from
church we have a most enjoyable few hours together.

Cherry Tree Care Home isn't the first home we have tried for my mum, but it is by far and away the best. The staff, facilities, atmosphere, and every other aspect of the home is brilliant. I really wanted the best for my mum, and couldn't really ask for more. The staff are always friendly and engaging,
both to mum and to her visitors. I would thoroughly recommend Cherry Tree too as a place in which you can place a loved one knowing they will be cared for and looked after.

Cherry Tree Care Home, as soon as you walk in you feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My sister settled in very quickly and is still very happy. They look after her from morning to next morning really well. She joins in with activities and is very fond of the staff. I feel happy
to leave her there and know that she is looked after and is safe and happy.

Job Title: General Manager

My name is Anna and I am the General Manager at Cherry Tree Care Home. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2007 and have had a varied career both working in the NHS and overseas.


I joined Hallmark in 2021 as Deputy Manager before recently taking on the role of General Manager. I am passionate about delivering high standards of care. We cherish our residents and ensure they live life to the full, by providing a wide range of activities. My favourite part of the day is chatting with residents over a cup of tea and biscuits.
