Kinnaird Manor care home, situated in the in the quite residential town of Camelon in Falkirk, supports older people to lead their best lives with personalised nursing dementia care.

The lovely garden, which includes a special sensory area, is a favourite location to spend time with friends and family. With onsite bistro, hair salon and nail bar the residents have many areas to relax and unwind with relatives and friends.

The catering team at Kinnaird Manor understands the nutritional needs of older people and creates delicious meals to ensure a lovely dining experience for all residents and visitors and the home offers a wide range of popular dining areas that provide a welcoming space to enjoy meals with fellow residents, or family and friends.

My uncle moved into Kinnaird Manor in September 2020 and I can't fault the care he has received especially at this difficult time with the pandemic. Every member of staff I have met has been very kind and friendly and I've been kept well informed of his care plan and wellbeing.

The home and staff are brilliant with my mum. They take time to sit and chat with her and do reminiscing with her. The staff handle her with the utmost care and deal with any problems when they arise.

This care provider is very accommodating, friendly and professional in the care they provide. We are well informed with activities that they provide to suit the needs of the residents. Kinnaird Manor is a wonderful care home.
My life-long friend is cared for with dignity and respect and is always happy.

Over the summer of 2020, the staff at Kinnaird Manor have continued to provide attentive care and support for my mother, despite the restrictions imposed by various authorities. We miss our family visits but appreciate video chats and news from staff via telephone calls and on the website. I am confident
my mother is as well and happy as she can be, in a comfortable and caring environment. Staff are following COVID rules very strictly, and it is a relief to know that everything possible is being done to keep everyone safe.

We had been looking for a care home for our Mum late last year and decided on Kinnaird Manor due to the energy and buzz when you walked in the door. We visited twice and spent two hours each time asking questions walking around etc and knew it was the right place. Mum was transferred just when lockdown
was being implemented and although it has been difficult we telephone Mum each day and can also FaceTime. We have noticed Mum is more animated and is interacting with people and is more aware and interested in what is going on. The staff I have met are lovely and I can honestly say look after Mum really well. When I telephone there is always something going on in the background and usually hilarity. We are very pleased that Mum is settled and is happy. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Kinnaird Manor.

My wife has been at Kinnaird Manor for 3 and a half years and in that time has been cared for with the greatest respect and dignity, even as her condition has deteriorated over the years. As a regular visitor to my wife, I can see the care and attention given to the residents and I am more than pleased
that my wife is in care at this care home.

My opinion on care homes has soared since my dad moved into the home. The staff not only care for my dad but have helped my stepmom through the transition as well.
My dad is so happy, always smiling and settled in well. Nothing is too much bother for the staff and they are all so approachable, across
all members of the team. The home is a lovely environment with a beautiful garden and different seating areas and rooms. It is very clean and a happy place to visit. It is very easy to obtain updates on how my dad is doing and I have no worries that he is being well cared for.

My Mum has been in care homes for a few months now. I can't give enough praise how good staff and home are. At last my Mum is well cared for and treated with dignity. I come in early every day and she is spotless and well looked after and staff keep me updated with her care. Excellent care home.

I would like to say a great big thank you to all the staff at Kinnaird Manor. My mum was there for six years and was treated with care, dignity and kindness. At the end of life we were informed every step of the way on how she was and we were treated with respect at all times.
She is sorely missed
and left a big hole in my heart, but I am glad we were able to leave her in your care.

Having worried about Dad going into a care home the staff at Kinnaird have made my dad and us as a family so welcome, I could not have asked for a better home. The caring staff are amazing, they always have Dad looking smart and spend quality time with him. He has built a great connection with a truly
special member of staff and this makes us very happy. The care so far has been outstanding. A huge well done and thank you to all staff for the compassion and dedication. You do an outstanding job. I'm truly grateful for your kindness.
