Thank you very much for your review. We extend our apologies if you have not experienced the highest level of service that is expected in Advinia Care Homes. Please be assured we value all feedback, whether good or bad, and to help us to achieve this the services all operate on an open-door policy. We conduct regular Resident, Staff and Residents surveys and each holds in-house meetings to gain feedback and suggestions to help make improvements. Training analysis is undertaken yearly to meet the needs of the Service and the people who live there. Unfortunately, not all medication needs are met in a residential care home setting therefore on some occasions a nursing-type environment is more suitable. I am lucky to be the home manager at Annan Court, situated in a beautiful location, with amazing views all the way round, and a stunning country home feeling.
We pride ourselves on providing a home away from home environment for our residents and have a dedicated team that is 100% committed to delivering high quality, person centered care.
