However, I personally feel, after all the lovely and beautiful redecoration, the wallpaper in the lounge/dining area downstairs is very depressing and not in line with the upstairs lounge.

However, this is offset by the efforts of the Angusfield House Care Home staff who keep me fully up to date on any issues or problems arising.
As outlined in my responses, I am fully satisfied with all aspects of the home and the care which my mother receives.

Job Title: Home Manager
Bob has been working in care for over 20 years. He is a registered psychiatric nurse and a registered general nurse who has long-term service within care. Following graduating from university, he worked as a nursing assistant in a psychiatric hospital. He enjoyed it so much that he decided that this would be his career. He loves building a good team as he believes this is the foundation of excellent care.
Outside of work he is an avid cyclist and loves listening to music. Some of Bob’s proudest and most impressive achievements include parachuting out of a plane, white water rafting down the Zambezi River and seeing the sunrise on top of Mount Sinai. He is a firm believer in facing problems head-on and getting things done.
