Hi, my name is Susan, and I am the Administrator at Meadowvale
I have been with my husband for a lot of years (too many to count) and have 3 grown-up children and 1 Grandson who I love to spend lots of time with.
I have worked at Meadowvale for 3 ½ years. Before joining the team at Meadowvale, I worked in a few various roles from Administration, Trainee Recruitment Consultant, to Catering Manager and I had never worked in the Health Care sector before I joined the team here.
I absolutely love the fact I have a varied job role and I get to do lots of different things each day and I am known for helping wherever I am needed.
I am usually the main point of contact for the home and I get to meet all the relatives of our residents. I absolutely love working at Meadowvale and I find it very rewarding working with residents and staff as every day is different.

Hello there! My name is Gretta, and I am the Head of Housekeeping here at Meadowvale.
I was born in Northern Ireland and got married at 18 and moved with my husband Tony to sunny Scotland where I have lived since then, we have 1 daughter Kelly.
I have worked in various roles before coming to Meadowvale and although I am responsible for all the housekeeping and laundry staff, I have been known to be called upon for various tasks around the home to the extent I think I will change my name.
I ensure that Meadowvale is kept to the highest of standards, co-ordinate staff in their daily duties and help ensure that the residents are happy. I enjoy getting to know our residents and their families to ensure their rooms are as comfortable and homely as it would be in their own homes.

I live in Bathgate and stay near to the home which is very handy.
I have two sons, Denholm and Brandon 13 & 12. They keep me very busy.!!
I enjoy mixing with my work colleagues and the residents, every day has different challenges and there is always something different to do day to day.
