Margaret has worked as part of the Randolph Hill team for over 20 years. Margaret started as a staff nurse progressing to Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager and has recently taken up her role of Operations Manager.

RGN qualified in 1994, Jo has worked in care homes since 1999 and now holds additional qualifications of a Pg Dip HSc in Advanced Nursing.
Jo returned to Randolph Hill in 2017, as Deputy Manager, after managing a nursing home in New Zealand for 8 years. Jo was promoted to manager in 2019, then Senior Manager in 2021 and is now Care Quality Manager.
