My wife was moved to the are home from hospital on 18th October 2017.
She was very well looked after for the three weeks she was there.
The management, nurses and staff could not be more caring and helpful to my wife and were very courteous to myself and friends that called to see her. I am so grateful
to them all.

My mum has been in this home for over 4 years and I cannot praise them highly enough. The standard of care is excellent, all of her needs are being met and her care is tailored not only to her needs but her personality also.
The staff are all very friendly and cheerful, they are very cooperative and
helpful.


The manager is very approachable and knows my mum's needs to the finest detail. Her door is always open and often calls us in to discuss mum. I cannot praise her highly enough for her approach to the residents, family, staff and the running of the home.

The standard of care remains outstanding. It is very difficult to find anything to criticise. The management and staff go far beyond what one would expect in order to support my wife and me. The byline of The Kind Care Company is very apt.

My late step-father was Hillside Care Home for 2 years and during that time I found the care he received to be of the highest standard. when he was admitted, I was told he ahd weeks to live yet he went on to live a further 2 years. he was in a different care home for eighteen months prior to Hillside
and I can honestly say the level of care he received at Hillside was second to none.

My sister has been a resident in this lovely home for over a year now and the care is outstanding. Nothing is a problem to the staff. Could not ask for a better place for my sister to be.
She has FLD and would not put her anywhere else. The care is second to none.

The staff are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are always cheerful and smiling. The manager goes above and beyond any task. I'm sure Dad wouldn't be doing half as well anywhere else.

My father-in-law has been here for almost 2 years now.
The level of care and dignity afforded to him cannot be faulted. The level of his cleanliness is always excellent and his medical requirements are constantly monitored and dealt with. This can only come from the top and I think the manageress is
as good as it gets.

Welcoming staff. Appear to connect well with residents and a caring attitude. All staff are friendly to visitors. Staff ratio appears to be very good. Lounge area very homely with good furnishings. Dining room set with linen table cloths and napkins. Nice attention to detail.

When visiting, I have been made very welcome by all staff members. My friend seems to be very well looked after. She enjoys getting her hair and nails done. Her room is always clean and warm, no matter what time I visit.

Always receive a warm welcome from both administrating, nursing staff and carers. Meals appear more than adequate with a good choice of breakfast, snacks and other meals.
Patients/residents are looked after to a high standard and the home seems peaceful and settled abeit the decor and furnishings in
need of refurbishment or replacement. High level of cleanliness including bathrooms and bedding changed regularly.
