Eastbank has a range of lovely dining areas where residents can relax and enjoy an intimate dining experience with family and friends. The catering team prides itself on making mealtimes a sociable and stimulating part of each day, by providing an enjoyable experience for all residents and their loved ones.

By getting to know each individual resident at Eastbank, the team takes pride in being able to encourage everyone to take an active part in life at the home. Whether it be participating in the popular wellbeing and activities programme or supporting residents in embracing the quieter times, they are committed to helping residents to lead their best lives.

My mother passed away during the week in the care home and the staff were so kind to my brother and myself. We are so grateful for everything they did for my mum we really are so touched. Thank you so much for everything.

Being in this nursing home I have found that from the manager to all his staff make a very happy atmosphere and they are all willing to help you develop your skill, and give guide you along the way. They are always at hand if you require any assistance, they are always eager to help. With this difficult
time with the covid-19, the staff make you forget about this pandemic and they all put the residents first and foremost.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I was unable to view the care home before my mum was admitted. I am allowed a weekly visit and on seeing my mum and talking to her I have noticed a big difference in her shoe is always saying how good the staff are, lovely meals. lovely room and well looked after. The staff
are always happy to update me about mum when I phone and also let me speak to her. My mum seems to have settled very quickly in the care home and she has only been there for 5 weeks. I feel the staff are doing a great job looking after mum and keeping me updated with everything about her.
