From the minute you park your car (the gardener is always pleasant), the grounds are immaculate, to the friendly receptionist, always happy to have a chat with you. The Four Hills unit staff are simply amazing, warm, helpful, funny, the whole place is spotless (the cleaning never stops). I'm amazed
at how the other staff in place even know my mum and always say hi when passing. Genuinely sad to be moving, I can't say a bad word about the place.

Our family are very happy to have Mum in Four Hills Care Home. She has settled in very well and has made some new friends. She is well cared for and we have had constant contact with the staff, which is reassuring for us. We feel she has benefited from the care she has received in many ways and are

Dad was a resident for 4 months and we as a family are so happy with the care he received, he was treated with dignity and respect by everyone and staff treated him more like family. When we as a family had to spend a week of overnight stays we were looked after just as well as the residents. Four Hills
is a very happy place with lots going on for the residents, I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone, thank you so much for caring for dad right to the end of his life.

A very clean, friendly, happy environment. There are lots of activities for the residents to join in if they wish to do so. The standard of care is very good. Our family don't have to worry about my mother's wellbeing. We know she is in safe hands. All the staff are lovely.

From the word go, I have found the staff at all levels to be friendly, helpful and caring. I feel very confident that my husband is being looked after very well and that I can trust them with his care. There is a very warm, homely atmosphere in the home as soon as you come in.

Palliative care. Would recommend highly the staff at Four Hills for their care, compassion, very attentive attention to their organisation values. We were made very welcome, nothing was ever a problem and they were always on hand to discuss matters or lend a caring and sympathetic ear. They were superb,
very professional and made our journey and that of our mum's, peaceful and comfortable up to the end of her life.

I thought the place was extremely well run and the staff seemed to be very caring and knowledgeable in the treatment of their charges.
The staff could not do enough for us when our mother passed, for which we were very grateful and appreciative.

I have been visiting nursing homes earlier in the year for a relative. I found this home welcoming, clean and comfortable.

Mum has been a resident for five months and I have found every member of staff helpful, pleasant and caring.
Mum is a reluctant guest but staff are patient, very helpful and treat her with dignity.

Since the night dad came into the home the staff were all helpful and nothing is a bother to them. My dad is happy here although would love to go home but this is not an option now and I am extremely happy and would recommend here at Barchester Four Hills Care Home for anyone needing a happy care home.

Tracy was the BHC Divisional Winner for Care Practitioner of the Year in 2019. Tracy is a valuable team member for both Four Hills and Barchester and has worked with us since 1997!

Job Title: Head of Community - Lambhill House

Belinda has 20 years of service with the company. She runs a tight ship and “her” residents always come first. Belinda makes sure that her team not only deliver a high standard of care but creates an environment of calmness and fun.

Mary Mills

Job Title: Head of Community - Fir Hill

Hi, my name is Mary, and I am the Community Manager of our Fir Hill Community. In 1975, I started working as a healthcare assistant at 17 years old and was originally from the islands of Scotland.


I worked as a registered nurse with the NHS before moving to Canada. I have 30-plus years of experience working in care homes.


I started at Four Hills in April 2023 as a staff nurse before being promoted to unit manager. The response I have had from the Fir Hill community has been excellent, and it has been an honour to work with. The residents are the heart of the community.

Job Title: Head of Community - Ruchill

Hi, I am Amy Maganya. I joined Barchester as a nurse in 2020 and was promoted to Unit Manager in May 2023. I strongly believe in kind, compassionate care for our residents.

Annie Murray

Joined: 2014

Annie joined Four Hills in 2014 in the Laundry department before moving to the front-of-house in Jun 2015. After Annie's hard work and continuous support to the home, Annie was promoted to Administrator in February 2022.


Annie loves to interact with residents and families and does not only a great job at supporting our residents but our staff too.


Eileen

Eileen Orr

Job Title: Activities Coordinator

Eileen joined the Four Hills Family in 1999 and has worked in various roles since. Eileen originally started as a Kitchen Assistant, then moved on to Domestic, before moving on to her current role as Activities Assistant since 2017.


Eileen loves to bring joy to residents' lives by putting on meaningful and engaging activities. From in-house entertainment to trips out, our Activities team always have something going on to keep our residents engaged and stimulated.
