My gran has settled in wonderfully and I can't thank the staff enough for making her feel so welcome. Always a homely atmosphere with plenty choice of activity and lots to choose from. Our family can settle knowing our gran is safe and cared for.

My dad has been a resident since December 2023. The care home is managed by an approachable, strong management team who hold regular relative meetings or are regularly seen around the care home. My dad settled in well thanks to all the hardworking staff. They are very hands on, up beat and engaging
with the residents. They were the extra mile to ensure my dad has an excellent birthday. The home has a strong team of care assistants, nursing and activity team. It is freshly decorated and welcoming. I would recommend Campsie View Care Home. In 2023 I arranged a visit to the home, the process was seamless and friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the care my father received at Campsie View Care Home. The staff team took the time and patience to get to know my father to ensure he received the best possible care during his time at Campsie View.
The care was outstanding, and he was nursed back to health
following a stay in hospital, which we thought he may not recover from. He was treated with respect and care throughout his time at Campsie View.

From the first day walking into Campsie View Care Home we were made welcome from management to all the staff, they look after our mum as if she was their own mother, so attentive, caring, supportive, good communication, always address them by their name, explain to them what they are doing before doing
anything, good activities, film room, look after their clothing, ironing and putting them away, clean rooms, tea and coffee served often. Campsie View Care Home is such a great place, they are such a great team - family, would 100% recommend this care home.

Short notice visit to Campsie View Care Home to visit two of my relatives, my dad in one ward and my aunt in another. As it was near teatime, we really should not have visited but we did not stay long and it was great to see them both.
All the staff were helpful and friendly as usual. I always feel
part of the Campsie View family when I visit. Thank you all so very much.

We have been absolutely delighted with Campsie View. Mum has been there for over a year now in the specialist dementia unit. When she moved in she was very confused, having been in hospital during lockdown. The improvement in her physical and mental well-being have been remarkable. All the staff are
absolutely lovely and there is a real sense of compassion for Mum, which is so reassuring.

My mum has been resident in Campsie View Care Home for two months. I was very anxious, however the care staff could not have been more caring and helpful in settling her in. The general care is very good and staff are extremely accommodating in being flexible to meet my mum's needs. All of the staff,
from laundry and domestic to nursing team, are friendly and welcoming. I definitely am delighted with the level of care my mum has received to date.

When I arrived for a visit I had an issue with my sister that needed sorting out. So, I contacted staff and they sorted it out with no fuss and I was able to complete and enjoy my visit

Nicola has worked in care for over 5 years; as Home Manager at Campsie View, she wants to maintain the warm and welcoming environment by encouraging everyone to be open and try their best. Before taking a career path in the care sector, Nicola worked for the NHS for 15 years in the acute sector, involving all accident and emergency, cardiology and other outpatient needs. When she’s not at work, Nicola enjoys long walks, reading books and watching documentaries to help her relax and wind down.
