Thank you for taking the time to give feedback and meet with our deputy home manager about your experience at home. Firstly, let me offer our apologies for any anxiety and distress your concerns may have caused. We operate an open-door policy within the home and will continue to liaise with you directly regarding any ongoing issues or concerns. Whilst we appreciate this is frustrating, we want to offer reassurance that we have put in place additional measures to action your concerns. In her spare time, Kate enjoys like to wind down with a good book and spending quality time with her friends and family, especially going on holiday.
