An important aspect of this is our Making a Difference Awards where family members can nominate team members for an award. Positive feedback on the care provided is also great to share with the team and always makes everyone feel very positive. Due to restrictions placed upon us by government and local guidance to keep everyone safe during the pandemic we had to restrict visits to our home for the safety and wellbeing of our residents. We know how difficult this was for families and residents so are now delighted to be able to welcome family members back into our home for safe face-to-face visits.
