My mum was admitted in May 2022 after years of being cared for at home. Her health and dementia had been deteriorating over the previous years and she was withdrawn and angry with life. She has made remarkable improvements over the last six months thanks to the care and attention she now receives. She
is now happy and content. My family can't thank the nurses and staff enough for the wonderful care they give my mum.

I have nothing but praise for all the care and love given to my sister over the last seven-plus years. Although I lived in Yorkshire and only visited a few times a year, I have always been able to chat on the telephone on a weekly basis. Staff have always been willing to enable this access and have
done so with great kindness. I always found her to be well looked after and nurses have always kept me informed of any health issues, especially during lockdown. Her room was lovely with two windows and a private sink/toilet. Her care ended recently but I will always be grateful to one member of staff in particular and all the nursing and care staff that made her final years so rewarding. My thanks to you all.

My mum has been a resident in Edinbarnet Nursing Home for 6 months. She has been happy and settled throughout this period. Staff are excellent in all aspects of her care, her individual requirements are considered at all times and I am informed of any changes ie meds, outings, health issues etc and
kept up to date regarding any issues that arise ie covid-19 procedures. Visiting is flexible and welcomed at all times (protected meal times). I would certainly recommend Edinbarnet Nursing Home as a first choice.

My mum has been in Edinbarnet home for the last few months. We are very pleased with the home. The nurses and carers are excellent and are looking after my mum with great care and skill. My mum has been ill a few times and they have taken great care of her and made sure she saw appropriate services
(the doctor and dentist). They talk to my mum with kindness and dignity and make her feel she matters to them. My mum has a lot of medical needs and the staff have taken all of this in their stride making sure she is comfortable. I must also mention the kitchen staff who provide very good meals. My mum gets pureed food now which is presented well and is tasty. As a family we feel very welcome anytime we go into the home. We are often asked if we would like a cup of tea and a cake. My mum couldn't be in a better home.

My wife has been a resident over four years and I visited the home every day during the four years. I myself am now a resident of four months.

The quality of the care my father receives is excellent. While he will occasionally complain, his complaints all relate to his very advanced years and the difficulties that come with those years. His seriously reduced mobility is very frustrating for him along with his failing eyesight and all the other
aches and pains that come with age. It is only the cheery staff and the high standard of care that makes his existence tolerable. This is an interesting old mansion house with a modern wing in a very attractive and well-maintained parkland setting. When weather permits residents have the use of the gardens which I think must give pleasure to many. I cannot commend the care too highly.

I cannot recommend this nursing home enough. Staff are remarkable and caring is second to none. My mother was cared for for a year and she was happy during her time there. The family were also content that she was cared for.
