Hello Roberta. It is with heartfelt saddness and regret that your mum passed away in the hospital as a result of requiring surgery. The areas you have raised in your review have been fully investigated by the home and the Care Inspectorate to which you have received a response. At no time would your mum have been a hindrance to the staff within Hill View as they are extremely dedicated to the work they do. "I have been in the care sector for 18 years, both in the NHS and in care homes, and I am a Registered Nurse with an SVQ 4 Management Award.
I've had the great privilege of being at Hill View since October 2020, firstly as a Deputy Manager and then as Home Manager from July 2021.
My goal has always been to make Hill View a home away from home for the residents that live here and we like to make sure that they are involved in everything that we do.
