Staffing levels are reviewed regularly to ensure that they meet the needs of the residents in our care but recruitment of suitable staff can be a challenge. When this occurs vacancies and sickness are backfilled by the use of agency staff to ensure that safe staffing levels are maintained.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff at The Village and the care that they have given to your Gran. It’s nice to hear that she smiles whenever she sees the staff. Pre Covid, we did experience a time when we did not have enough Activities Co-ordinators, however, we now have two Co-ordinators in place who are looking to provide activities throughout the day to the Residents.
