I enjoy staying at Hallhouse and have been here a long time. The staff are all lovely and the food is always tasty. My family visit often and are always made to feel welcome.

I have made a friend here at Hallhouse which make the time easier but all the staff are fantastic and the food is nice. I especially like when the manager brings in her dog Doris.

I visited in July this year. The home has a welcoming feel and was very clean. The staff were all lovely and very friendly and the residents were singing in the lounge.
I enjoy coming to Hallhouse, everyone is always happy and smiling.

Hallhouse is an excellent facility. Staff are pleasant and friendly. I have visited Hallhouse twice over the past few months in relation to work that I am doing for No-One Dies Alone Ayrshire (Charity). The first visit was to attend a coffee morning hosted by the staff at Hallhouse to help us raise
awareness of NODA and to assist with fundraising for our charity. I visited again this week to discuss the possibility of NODA providing support to residents within Hallhouse. The staff were very informative, helpful and supportive and we are looking forward to working closely with Hallhouse in the coming months.

My Aunt has been a resident of Hallhouse Care Home for just over 7 years, where she has received very good care. In mid-April, she celebrated her 100th birthday (nobody could have anticipated this when she first became a resident with her health as it then was). With family and friends and a Deputy
Lord Lieutenant and a Provost, a marvellous party was held at Hallhouse. The staff of Hallhouse helped immensely with the preparations and assistance in the day. It was appropriate testimony to them. As my Aunt's next of kin, I am extremely grateful for the care and love which my Aunt receives, as my visits can only be every 6 or 8 weeks as I live in Surrey.

I went with my friend to visit her mother who is a resident in Hallhouse recently. I cannot praise the staff enough, the residents are all well cared for and there is always some entertainment going on.
The atmosphere in the home is a nice calm place, it is spotless. The manager runs a fab home and
is supported by a great team of staff. It is lovely and everyone is made to feel at home. A big well done to the manager and all the staff who run a great home.

My father has improved greatly since being at Hallhouse rather than in hospital. The activities each day are a wonderful interaction - the Halloween party was exceptional with the work preparing for the residents.
