Her job is to lead my team of staff to ensure that all of the residents are given the best standards of care and feel happy, content and safe in a warm and friendly environment.

Job Title: Deputy Manager
Joined: 2011
Georgette has worked at Abbotsford for 12 yrs.
She works closely with the home manager and together as a team they strive to provide the best standards of care for the residents.
Georgette responsibilities are to source training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to carry out the duties required for their role and carry out audits on the policies and procedures to ensure continued best practices. She is the clinical lead nurse in the home and loves being part of a team which uses a holistic approach to the care that is provided
Job Title: Home Administrator
Joined: 2023
Charlene joined the Team at Abbotsford in September 2023 and is loving her role. She brings with her a wealth of administrative and financial experience
Her role is to support the Manager and Deputy in the day-to-day running of the home, including the financial administration and ensuring that the residents, their families and the staff are always kept up to date with what is going on
The thing she likes best about the role - Charlene says working in Health and Social care gives real meaning to her job, she feels like she can make a difference in people's lives
