Three Towns Care Home is located in the coastal town of Stevenston, benefiting from beautiful views of the Firth of Clyde, with easy access to Glasgow and Prestwick. This versatile care home welcomes many nursing and care requirements, as well dementia-related conditions, such as Alzheimer's disease.

The care home is purpose-built, and all 60 bedrooms have bright and spacious single bed accommodation. There are numerous lounge and dining facilities throughout the building, where residents can enjoy home cooked meals and afternoon tea with family and friends.

The home also benefits from a beautiful enclosed, accessible garden and a varied activities programme with regular outings to places of local interest, such as Largs the traditional seaside holiday resort.

One-to-one sessions are also available by arrangement, as an extra addition to fully support those with dementia.

Three Towns were in finalist position at the 2016 Scottish Care Awards with the Resident Achievement Award; Peter was nominated for his role as Chairman of the Residents Fund Raising Committee and for his recognised contribution within the home.

I have great admiration for the staff in the Three Towns Care Home. My aunt is very well looked after. We celebrated her 80th birthday last week and the staff decorated the room and made sure we, the family were well looked after.

I can only describe the home as wonderful. The care my mother received, in particular, this last week after she took a wee turn for the worse. The staff has been amazing with her and us, and very helpful when she passed away this weekend.

My mother was placed in Three Towns care home in December 2015. Naturally, at first, we were unsure, but the manager and staff soon allayed our fears. During the entire time she was there, I found the staff friendly and they kept us well informed. She was treated like family, rather than a number and
for that, I will always be grateful. I would have no qualms in recommending the care home. Thanks to the manager and the staff.

I would like to express my gratitude to all staff at Three Towns Care Home. The care they have provided for my dad could not have been any better since his arrival in March 2020, just as we went into lockdown. The kindness and dignity shown by all staff during his final few weeks was amazing and the
thoughtfulness and compassion shown to me, during such a difficult time, was very much appreciated. I would 100% recommend this care home for anyone considering options for their loved ones. They could not be in a better place to be looked after.

My dad entered Three Towns Care Home in November 2019. He was a very private man and quite poorly at the time; the staff gave the most excellent, efficient care I could ever ask for. They treated my dad like he was their family with the utmost respect and made his life a little easier to bear, even
during the lockdown and in his final days, they treated him with dignity. I can only praise them to the highest standard there is, and thank them for the special care they gave to him, which was absolutely excellent. I can never thank them enough, each and every one of them. I would most definitely recommend this care home to anyone looking to place a family member there.

My elderly brother entered the Three Towns Care Home in October 2020, having been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. We were in Tier-4 of a lockdown at that time, therefore, we (the family) were unable to go into the building to see it, however, we were provided with a brochure and were
able to take a look at the website, and discuss with the manager, prior to him being placed. I, as his next of kin, was able to visit my brother each week for half an hour, and at those times, he seemed happy, and I could tell by his appearance and general demeanour he was being well cared for. Unfortunately, and totally understandably, visiting was suspended at the beginning of December. I've been able to telephone at any time and have spoken with my brother, and he seems happy and contented with lots of interesting activities to take part in.

The staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond to look after my aunt, nothing was a trouble for them. This is not just a job to them, they do it because they genuinely do care. She spoke very highly of them all. Can't thank them enough for all they did, the family take comfort knowing she was in

Mum entered care in November 2019 after having care in the community for the last sixteen years, which was unsatisfactory. Since moving into the Three Towns, Mum's health has improved dramatically and her quality of life has been excellent. The staff and management have been exceptional. The 2.5 months
my mum has been there has removed all her stress, worry and anguish for her and the family. Mum is not lonely and has nutritionally cooked meals and most importantly, is happy and has a zest for life again.

I did not attend the review due to illness but I am very satisfied with the way the home is run, especially so when all residents are in the lounge together. There are always carers/nurses in attendance with them and they are always very attentive.
