Wonderful level of care, very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Made to feel at ease, just like home from home - nothing too much trouble. Family made to feel welcome when they visited and reassured - a pleasant place to visit.

My son stays in Cairnie Lodge, I am very happy with his care, the nurse on the Kelly floor has been very caring towards my son and myself. She is a motherly figure to everyone, always happy to help and always cheery.

I find the people to be patient and understanding. A senior carer is firm and does her job very well. The food is excellent.

My mother and I cannot fault the staff or care provided in the Elliott Unit at Cairnie Lodge.
She arrived here after a stressful hospital admission, after only 2 days here she was well on her way to being back to her usual self.

Usually very good but can let standards slip as there seems to be a lot of staff changes.

My mum has been a resident of this home for over 2 years now, although her health is now getting worse. She is still treated with care and respect. All staff are willing to help and have a friendly greeting when you meet them. They supply a home where residents feel safe and cared for. We are very happy
with the care she receives and are glad we chose this home for her.

My father was in Cairnie lodge for a very short time - two weeks before his death. I was there for quite a while during that time. The care, kindness and compassion that all the staff showed towards my father were fantastic. This was also shown to me. Staff were very helpful and could not do enough.
I found the experience very humbling and I cannot thank the staff at Cairnie Lodge enough. My sincere thanks and best wishes to all.

My husband was in Cairnie Lodge for about 3 years.


Never a bad word was said. He loved it. Staff were excellent.
He loved his bed too much as well as the TV.

I came here last week of September 2017 after having a hip and knee operation in hospital coming here for rehab. I have been very pleased with the whole experience. Both the comfort of the room and the very helpful staff made my staff most pleasant and helped greatly in my recovery. I would most certainly

My mother had been here for several years, the place is always tidy, the staff friendly and my mother was receiving excellent care.

Staff are very caring and very aware of the needs of residents in terms of the E.M.I. facility. If we have queries/concerns, we know they'll be listened to.
