I have found the staff to be very helpful especially the well-being coordinator who has been a great help along with the rest of the staff, in getting my mother to settle into living in a care home. The building has recently been refurbished and is very pleasant to enter and visit my mother.

So happy I chose this home for my husband. It has newly been refurbished beautifully. The staff are extremely caring and always very helpful. It has a lovely big garden that is well looked after also. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Lovely care home, staff are always willing to go above and beyond and nothing is too much hassle. All residents are always going about well-presented and happy. The refurb has well and truly brightened up the space, making it feel more welcoming than before. All staff and residents coped well with the
refurb (it took ages) but turned out brilliant.

The transition has been fairly easy for my mum. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. I feel they do their best but do seem to be very stretched.

Staff work well together.
They have a lot to handle with their level of care needed by the residents.
They do need more support by the owners in the job (which is hard) that they do.
Overall, she is happy with being in company.

My mother has improved immensely since moving to Ballumbie Care Home. The staff are down to earth and engage with residents. The new manager has helped to revitalise the staff and the home, to move out of the covid mindset. This is my mum's home and she is happy.

At the start, it took Mum a while to settle when she came here in September - much more settled and seems very happy. I'm very happy with the overall care Mum received. Staff are all lovely and very helpful.

I am very satisfied with all of the care my mum receives. The staff are very empathetic and find the time to spend 1-1 time if needed. Mum has very complex needs now, and the staff are happy to answer any of Mum's questions, and they treat her with care and dignity throughout. I am extremely happy with
all of the care Mum receives, and I'm very grateful to the manager and her staff.

This is a well-run home with dedicated and caring staff. All the staff work as one great team for the benefit of the residents - from the kitchen staff who provide a healthy and tasty range of meals, laundry who keep clothes clean, cleaners who work tirelessly and reception. The nurses and carers are
excellent and have really demonstrated their commitment and compassion towards my mum's health and wellbeing and have gone the extra mile, especially during the pandemic. My mum is visibly happy, and therefore, so am I. Activities are also plentiful and tailored to the resident's wishes/needs. I would recommend Ballumbie Court Care Home.

My husband was admitted to a care home from a local care centre, he was there for 6 weeks and was so badly looked after he ended up back in the care centre. On entering Ballumbie Court there was a problem to begin with but they resolved this. He has been so well looked after I can't praise them enough,
all of the staff from the top down couldn't be more helpful. His psoriasis us at a minimum because it's teated every day. He is clean well-fed and so well looked after I can only thank god for them all.

Our cousin who is resident in Ballumbie Court Care Home required more suitable seating, for safety, comfort and pressure area care. Certain staff in this home went above and beyond their duties to ensure this happened and we cannot express how thankful we are. Overall the care and kindness provided

Nest care home in Dundee. Wonderful, helpful care manager, always approachable, care staff are full of respect for residents and visitors, home is always clean and I wouldn't put my husband anywhere else. Ballumbie is perfect.

Since my dad went into Ballumbie in October 2017 he has been settled and really well cared for. Staff are excellent and keep in regular contact regarding all aspects of his care. My dad is happy and content and I have no concerns regarding his well-being.

I like the home because they keep me busy makes me happy. They don't restrict me and it feels like home.
The staff are good to be around. I like to keep gardening and I like going out to town for a pint of lager. I like going to the Golf Club for a steak pie.

This seems to be a well-run care home with genuine caring staff. It is now being updated and decorated but hopefully the cleanliness will continue as it was getting a bit dirty due to lack of cleaning staff who were doing everything they could in the time they had.
