My mother was cared for at Catmoor House Care Home for almost two years. This was the third care home she had been in and, by far, the best. The staff were very caring and even though she had dementia, I'm sure she enjoyed her time there as best as she was able.

My mum was a resident at Catmoor House from April 2019 until her death in January 2021 aged 100. During her stay there she was given the best of care. The dedication and devotion of the manager and her team was more than we could have ever asked for... nothing was ever too much trouble. Of course over
the time of the pandemic, it was particularly difficult for all concerned and it broke our hearts that visits were so restricted but at the end of Mum’s life, compassionate visits were allowed so that we could be with her. All protocols were observed throughout the pandemic and as a result, there were no Covid cases to report which was a credit to all the staff. Mum remained very happy at Catmoor House due to all the love shown to her there. Our family have no hesitation in recommending this care home. It really is a special place.

Mum has been at Catmoor House for over 3 years now and has received fantastic care from the staff. Being in the final stages for dementia for some time, Mum requires assistance with everything from feeding to personal care and it is lovely to see how caring the staff are towards her at all times. They
keep us updated on her wellbeing and are very approachable.

My mum, who sadly passed away July this year, was a resident of Catmoor House Care Home for three and a half years. From the moment that she moved in, to her final days, the care and love she received was exceptional. All the staff showed Mum love, respect, and dignity. Mum was totally happy living
at Catmoor and we as a family felt 100% reassured that she was loved, cared for and kept safe at all times. It is difficult to find the words to express how grateful and thankful we were at finding this wonderful care home. The staff at Catmoor gave us, as a family a special three and a half years with Mum that we thought we would never have. Thank you all for the wonderful memories, that we will treasure forever. Lastly ......... to all the staff at Catmoor, keep up the excellent work, you should all be proud of yourselves.
