Please do not allow anyone you care for into this home.
My father-in-law was admitted here by the hospital for rehab after a bad fall, breaking a bone in his neck.
When visiting, he asked us for some water as he was very thirsty. Cup was placed on trolly other side of the room. He can't drink out
of a cup, just a sip cup and can't get out of bed. So if we weren't there how was he going to get a drink?
He had to be admitted to hospital one and half days after being admitted here with dehydration.
I would not leave my dog without access to water.
Very poor and we as a family are very upset at the lack of care and empathy.

After a very distressing 18 months for our Mum and our family regarding Mum's care and safety, we got her a place in Antrim Care Home. I have to say this is the best thing that happened for Mum and us. From the very first phone call to the Home Manager, we were made to feel welcome and it was very obvious
to us that Mum would be very well looked after. During our visits the Manager and all staff members made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much for them, not only was Mum amazingly well cared for but she was happier and more content than I had seen her in a while. Unfortunately Mum passed away in December 2021 but whilst we were sitting with her not only did they show patience, kindness, gentleness, and real genuine care to her they also took the time to look after us too! I cannot find the words to tell what an absolutely amazing Team this Home has in all departments. Highly recommended.

I arrived from the hospital, after an operation on my ankle having broken it several weeks before. Having spent just over 4 weeks confined to bed. The staff have been wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. They have been so pleasant, both day and night staff. The kitchen staff provides good homemade
meals with choices both lunch and tea time. You can request within reason whatever you want during the night if wake up hungry. I never needed this as I got sandwiches at supper time. I am at present still a patient but hopefully will go home soon. A big thank you to everyone who has made my stay here excellent.

My mum is in Antrim Care Home for respite care and I would like to let you know how much I appreciate all the excellent care provided. The staff are so kind and the atmosphere is more like a family than a working environment. The staff are looking after our loved ones and do so with the greatest care
and respect. Well done! My mum can be very hard to please but is so content and happy, it is a joy to visit her and be greeted so warmly by your staff. Everyone from the carers to nursing staff provides a happy, safe environment. Well done.
