My mother has resided at Brooklands for the past year now and is extremely happy there. The home is always spotlessly clean and the food is lovely.
The staff appear to genuinely care about their clients and are always friendly and helpful to visitors.
They try to entertain the residents most of the
week and employ singers, entertainers and even hold mass there once a week. Recently they have had an Elvis impersonator who put on an excellent show. They also encourage small pets to visit.
I am very happy with this home and would highly recommend it to anyone.
It is such a relief to know that my Mother is being looked after so well.

I was on a short holiday back to Belfast and this was my first visit to Brooklands Healthcare. I live in the south of England and work in the domiciliary care sector, so have some knowledge of what good care provision should be. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff were extremely helpful
as I wasn't sure where to go. My husband's aunt was in a really positive, happy mood. Her room (she referred to it as her little flat!) was spacious and clean and very "homely". She very proudly showed me around and was particularly proud of her ensuite bathroom. Although the staff were busy carrying out their duties they thoughtfully stopped and took the time to make sure another service user who was a little anxious, was reassured. I would certainly recommend Brooklands. The staff were professional, caring, calm and very patient - just the attributes I would look for when employing staff for our small care company.
